New program, following the shortlived Nicodames (only one championship, where it had a lot of bugs, that made it call Nicobugs).

This new version has been very much improved, and Buggy is now one of the best draughts programs, maybe even the best one, since it won the 2000 fast game tournament, before Damage and Flits.
